As a specialty coffee enthusiast always on the lookout for unique and quality roasters, I recently discovered Ruang Kopi, and it quickly became my favorite. What initially drew me to this roastery was its focus on Indonesian origins—a niche that I find both fascinating and underrepresented in the coffee scene.

Among the offerings, the Flores Wolo Bobo and Timor Leste Dukurai Daurfusu stood out for their light and floral notes, which are an absolute delight when brewed with my V60 setup. The roast profile is spot on, and the tasting notes are impressively accurate, allowing each origin’s unique character to shine through.

For my daily comfort cups, I also tried the House Blend and the Sumatra Kerinci. Both delivered a deep and satisfying experience, perfect for those moments when I crave something familiar and comforting.

This coffee has an actual flavor to it. All the other beans I’ve bought my wife and I couldn’t really taste much of a difference. But we can taste a distinct difference in these beans, and it tastes amazing! 10/10 would recommend.
